General Overview This document consists of procedure for the recruitment process 2. Purpose IT staff position vacancy can be fulfilled and the new hired staff can start working/operating as soon as possible according to ARCHIPELAGO standard 3. Definition 3.1. 5.7. Interview questions will be divided into 3 categories based on position level. ● Basic Level for Officer Level ● Intermediate Level for Supervisor Level ● Advance Level for Managerial Level 5.8. Interview result must be no less than 80% of the interview test’s total score. In the situation where the hotel (GM/HM) would like to push for a candidate when the result score doesn’t reach the minimum score, GM/HM can give their discretion but only if the gap between the actual score and the minimum score is less than 5% of total score. 5.9. If after completion of the interview the candidate does not get the score determined for his position, the candidate will be offered a question one level below for the position suitable to that question level. 5.10. The interview results will then be sent by the interviewer to Corporate HR and CC Corporate IT team in the email. The email should be attached with the detailed interview result. File naming: [Candidate_Name] - [Position] - [Hotel_Name] 5.11. Interview results should be documented and in the future will be attached to the candidates employment history should he/she get hired (employed). 5.12. Candidates does not need to take an interview with Corporate IT if they already have certificates for each level that are available at ARCHIPELAGO Academy, Corporate IT will only validate the certificate whether it is still valid or not. 5.13. The proposed candidate based on the interview result will then be appointed after the hotel gave their assessment and agreed upon employment agreement, including salary and other benefits. 5.14. The chosen candidate will be hired and as soon as possible, the Corporate IT team will commence IT staff induction with the newly hired staff. 6.
