1 CV OF LAWRENCE PEH (MR) 1. Executive Summary Lawrence has over 25 years of senior management experience in real estate development and asset management in the ASEAN region. He has directly managed township development and a wide range of projects including commercial, retail, and residential properties in various regional countries with a total AUM of over USD5 Billion. Some notable career highlights include setting - up various country operations from scratch, executed successful M&A deals, as well as turned around weak operations. Lawrence is currently CEO of SonKim Land Development; Independent Director of Hong Leong Bank Vietnam and Senior Advisor of Consulus Global Consultancy (Pro- bono). During his stint in the Philippines, Lawrence was the President of the Singapore Philippines Association (2002-03). He also served as the Vice Chairman of the Singapore-Thai Chamber of Commerce from (2004-07). He chaired the Advisory Council of a Hanoi based NGO – Center for Counseling, Research and Empowering Community (2016-18), which was focused on helping Vietnamese young people with social issues. From 2019-23, Lawrence served as a Mentor to undergraduates in Singapore universities under the IMPACT LEADERSHIP PROGRAM. Lawrence obtained his MBA from Murdoch University in Western Australia under the Australia Equity & Merit Scholarship. He also holds a First-class Honors B.Sc. Degree in Construction & Management from University of Reading in England; Diploma (with Merit) in Building Construction from Singapore Polytechnic and Verified Certificate in Urban Studies from Harvard University. 2.
