2 THẢO APTIS - 0906 851 606 1/46/45 Đặng Thùy Trâm, P.13, Q.Bình Thạnh, HCM Hi Sara, How’s it going? I hope everything goes well with you. I just got an email from the club manager about the comments on the website. I think it's a bad idea to make everyone reveal their identity. It would discourage people from sharing their honest opinions and feedback. I think the club should moderate the comments and delete the ones that are rude or offensive. What do you think? Let me know. Love, Nguyen 2. Dear manager, I hope this email finds you in good health. First,I would like to introduce myself. My name is Vu Khanh Nguyen and I have been a club member for 5 years. I am writing this email to express my opinion concerning the recent email that I have received from the club. According to the email, recently some members have been posting negative comments about other members. At the moment, everyone who posts on our website is anonymous. This is not good for the club's reputation and morale. I think it is important to respect each other. However, I don't think changing the system to identify everyone who makes a comment is a good idea. I think that would discourage some members from sharing their opinions and ideas, and make them feel less comfortable and safe. From my perspective, it would be great if the club could have some moderators who can review the comments before they are posted, and delete or edit any inappropriate ones. The moderators could also warn or ban any members who repeatedly break the rules. I have spoken to other club members and I know that they also have the same opinions as me. I hope you will consider these suggestions and let me know what you decide. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon. Yours sincerely, Nguyen

Have you heard about the news about the Music club? It's about the noise complaints from the neighbors. I think it's unfair that we have to stop the concerts because of them. Personally, I think we should consider implementing soundproofing measures or adjusting the timing of the concerts to minimize disturbance. What do you think? Let me know your ideas. 2. Dear manager, My name is Vu Khanh Nguyen and I have been a club member for 5 years. I am writing this email to express my opinion concerning the recent email that I have received from the club. I really enjoy the concerts that we have at our club However, I also understand that the music can be disturbing for the people who live near the club. I think we should respect their right. From my perspective, I think we should move the concerts to a different location, such as a park or a hall, where there would be less noise pollution. Besides, it would be great if the club could change the time of the concerts to earlier in the day or on weekends, when people are less likely to be sleeping or working. I have spoken to other club members and I know that they also have the same opinions as me. I hope you will consider these suggestions and let me know what you decide.
