Write an email to reply and express your feelings to the manager of the club. (about 120-150 words) Dear the manager, My name is Hoang Hoa, and I have been a club member for three months. I have composed this email to articulate my feelings and thoughts in connection with the recent notifications received from the club.
In line with the announcement, our club is preparing to organize the science exhibition next month. To be honest, I was elated when I received this news, as I have been waiting for it for a long time. From my perspective, it would be preferable if the club could promote the exhibition on social media so that people can easily find and join us. Besides, I would be grateful if we could hold the concert on Sunday, which will be the most appropriate and convenient day for both young and old people to attend. Last but not least, we could create multiple ticket types and seating combos to give attendees the ultimate flexibility of choosing what’s best for them. I respectfully seek your consideration for my suggestions and look forward to a prompt response. Best regards, Hoang Hoa. (177 words)
