Firstly, it helps us to have a healthy body. I mean a balanced breakfast provides us with enough energy and nutrients for the morning to work and study. It contains a lot of calories. Secondly, a healthy breakfast helps us to concentrate on our work or study better. Many studies show that breakfast can improve memory and concentration levels. A breakfast with high calories keeps our mind active throughout a day. So we will work more effectively than when we skip breakfast. Finally, good breakfast helps us prevent diseases. A proper breakfast helps us to have a healthy body. So it can help improve our immune system There is a saying that “prevention is better than cure”, by eating healthy breakfast everyday, we can stay away from diseases. Firstly, Vietnam has many tourist sites which meet the needs of different visitors. For example, visitors who love beach holidays can enjoy beautiful beaches in Danang, Hoi An, Nha Trang, Mui Ne, Phu Quoc, Ha Long. Visitors who love mountains can explore beautiful mountainous areas in Sapa, Mai Chau, Moc Chau, Ha Giang. Secondly, Vietnamese people are friendly and hospitable (mến khách). Wherever they go, visitors are warmly welcomed by cozy smiles of local people and by the helpfulness of local people. Finally, Vietnam is famous for delicious food. Some Vietnamese dishes like Pho, Bun Cha, Banh Mi have their names in travel guidebooks. There are also many other traditional dishes that tourists can taste like spring rolls. I think foreigners can discover a lot of unique cultural values of Vietnam such as Love market in Sapa, ….. In conclusion/ In short, Vietnam is a great destination/place for foreign visitors. 1. What effects do holidays have on people? Why do people go on holidays? Holidays make people relax, reduce stress after hard working time. They have chance to spend time with their family. They have chance to experience new things; new culture; enjoy the delicious food; visit beautiful sights; meet new people; make friends with people. 2. What are negative aspects regard to tourism? * There are several/some disadvantages of tourism. - Firstly, jobs are often seasonal basing on the time of the year and are poorly paid. - Secondly, it can cause damage to the natural environment, - Visitors throw litter/ rubbish. Garbage - Habitats destroyed to build hotels; - Overcrowding and traffic jams - Next, prices increase in the local shops where tourists visit 3. What are solutions to deal with negative aspects? * There are several ways that can be done to deal with the negative aspects of tourism - Travel during off-season period - Be prepared and research your destination before you get there - Respect local environment - Respect local culture - The government should have strict rules and regulations/ strict laws in keeping the environment clean. 4. What do you think about ecotourism ? - I think ecotourism is good for environment; it helps to protect the natural environment.
- Visitors have greater awareness about the need to protect the environment. - Eco tourism helps to create jobs for local people. TEST 3 : FACE-TO-FACE COMMUNICATION IS VERY IMPORTANT NOWADAYS. ● Express Your Feelings ● Build personal relationship ● Reduce misunderstandings ● Your own ideas Sample: I totally agree with the statement that face-to-face communication plays an important part in our life for the following reasons. Firstly, face to face conversations help to express our feelings. We often show our feelings through facial expressions and eye contact. It is easy for other people to know how you feel when talking face-to-face. Body language speaks louder than words so you can understand better other people’s feelings than when you use other forms of communication. Secondly, communicating with other people directly, we can build personal relationship. Having a meeting or going out for a drink give people opportunity to make relationship become stronger, make people become closer. Finally, face to face chatting allows us to reduce misunderstandings. When talking to others, we can see their body language and facial expressions so we can easily understand if they agree with our ideas or not. If there are any problems, we can deal with them immediately. So it will reduce miscommunication. Your own ideas: In my opinion, it helps to understand each other better, more respect to each other; improve listening and speaking skills; communication skills; connect people together. In short, communicating face-to-face has so many benefits that it should be encouraged nowadays TEST 4 : CHILDHOOD IS THE MOST IMPORTANT TIME OF A PERSON’S LIFE.
