VOCABULARY LIST - SERIES #2 VOCABULARY LEVEL : B2/C1/C2 Word inchoate Definition : only partly formed, not completely clear Synonym : crude/ rudimentary/ unrefined Example in a sentence : Parties institutionalized citizenship by organizing the electorate for the civic rituals of voting and by transmuting inchoate demands into law and policy. VOCABULARY LEVEL : B2/C1/C2 Word fodder Definition : person or thing that is useful for the stated purpose Synonym : Example in a sentence : Although these narrative descriptions are rich in detail and provide ample fodder for generating hypotheses, they are intentionally not quantified.
