POLICY PURPOSE The Production Bonus Scheme is designed to encourage individual Partners and team to deliver wow production with best quality standards for restaurants. This document defines the framework, conditions and formula to calculate the Production Bonus for Partners. 2. SCOPE & ELIGIBILITY The scheme is applied for all positions from Pre to Manager at Central Kitchen and Cheese Factory, except the following: Partners are on maternity leave or long-term sick leave or unpaid leave from 30 days and above Partners are under disciplinary action or will be under disciplinary action Partners are performing administration, coordination, driver, quality control or quality assurance. PRODUCTION BONUSSCHEME Depending on the monthly business performance and individual’s job level, the production bonus scheme is defined as following: Job level 50B Net Revenue 55B Net Revenue 60B Net Re Leader, Assistant Manager, Acting Manager, Manager, 600,000 VND 900,000 VND 1,000,0 Trainer 550,000 VND 800,000 VND 900,000 Senior 500,000 VND 700,000 VND 800,000 Junior, Pre, Administration, Coordination, Driver/Delivery, QA/QC, Warehouse 300,000 VND 400,000 VND 500,000 Monthly Individual Bonus will be pro-rated based on the actual working hours and capped at maximum 208 hours per month (including Overtime working hours, annual leave and compensated leave if any). For examples: - Partner at Senior level working 200 hours (including overtime working hours if any) and the business performance at 50B, the monthly individual bonus will be: (500.000 VND / 208 working hours) x 200 working hours = 480,769 VND - Partner at Senior level working 210 hours (including overtime working hours if any) and the business performance at 50B, the monthly individual bonus will be 500.000 VND If the monthly business performance is between the revenue ranges, the monthly production bonus scheme is defined at the lower range. For example, if the business performance is achieved at 52B, the production bonus scheme will be applied at the range of 50B. 4. IMPLEMENTATION Production Management team is responsible for: - communicating the policy to partners and ensure that all production partners understanding correctly this policy. - implementing the Production Bonus Scheme aligning strictly with this policy.
