They are: The Farm Owner, Mr. Alejandro Mabagos, for his very warm accommodation for accepting them into his farm and his willingness to help by making schedules on training and appointments to persons in authority, farm owners and appointing supervisors for better experience of the trainees. The officer in charge, Mr. German Del Rosario (OIC of United Livestock Workers and Agricultural Producers Association) for his advice, suggestions support and duly doing his duty of fixing the papers and requirements needed on the OJT. Their OJT Supervisor, Rowell M. Abesamis, for his patience, understanding, supervision and guidance during the conduct of the training. The College OJT Coordinator, Mr, Zenon Gian F. dela Fuente, for his advice, guidance, reminders, suggestions, and support on the training. The Farm Head, Ernesto De Guzman Jr., for assessing their accommodation, the house, water, electricity, equipment etc. The Head Cowboy, Oscar Pagatpat Sr., for his advice, supervision, words of wisdom and his sincere smile and jokes for entertainment. The governor of Nueva Ecija, Aurelio "Oyie" Umali, for sending Doc. Arman Aquino from Nueva Ecija Governor's Office/Bureau of Animal Industry for a seminar about beef cattle production. The guest speaker, Doc. Arman Aquino for sharing knowledge on Beef cattle production. Ex. Mayor Ferdinand “Luboy” Abesamis for offering generator for our workplace so that the projector screen will be able to use.
iv The owners of Victa Farm, Joseph and Tonchie Tayao for welcoming them on their farm visit and sharing knowledge about Intensive type of cattle farming. The Barangay Captain of Makabaklay, Gapan, Nueva Ecija (Workplace), for offering help if something unexpected happened during the training. The Barangay Captain of Poblacion II (Safehouse), Peñaranda, Nueva Ecija, for offering help if there something unexpected happened on the safehouse. Ariel Cuaresma for recommending them on the farm.
