Nội dung text Christian Jack's Morning Formula
Christian’s mind is just as sharp as his body. He can speed-read, comfortably reading 10 books each month while retaining and applying the knowledge to teach others. He’s mastered hypnosis and his own emotional state, experiencing life with deeper joy and excitement every day while remaining calm and grounded under pressure. He’s magnetic and uplifting to everyone he meets, bringing energy and positivity into every interaction. His personal life is full and vibrant. He meets in person with friends weekly to play frisbee or spend time outdoors, keeping life playful and social. He’s embraced creativity — learning to tell jokes naturally, dance confidently, and express himself without inhibition. Financially, Christian has achieved the ultimate freedom: over $50,000 per month in investment income, with a target of $83,000 per month, and a net worth exceeding $20 million. He could retire today if he chose, but he enjoys the impact he creates too much to walk away. He’s ensured that Hannah’s and his parents are comfortably retired, and their siblings live upgraded, stress-free lives. Christian wakes up every morning before sunrise, energized and grateful. His day starts with prayer and Bible study, thanking God for the life he’s been given and staying grounded in gratitude. He reads his Morning Formula aloud, walks outside to center himself, and reflects on how far he’s come and the limitless potential still ahead. His life is filled with purpose, peace, and joy — built intentionally, sustained by discipline, and enjoyed deeply. Non-Negotiables 1. I wake up before 5:00am every day. When I wake up at this time, I feel more energetic, positive, and happy because I honored my commitment to myself and my routine. By choosing to wake up at 5:00am every morning, I take control of my life and my destiny; I am also respecting my body by being in bed by 10pm and falling asleep by 10:00pm. This schedule allows me to get 7-hours of deep sleep for proper rest and recovery. 2. I walk outside every single morning when I first wake up to jumpstart my body and mind, and remind myself that life continues to pass by every day: my life is what I make of it and I’m grateful for how far I’ve come, and excited for what’s next. On my walk, I read/listen-to my Morning Formula to remind myself of who I am, where I am going, and what I am destined to do. 3. When I return home, I read the bible and pray because without God, nothing is possible. I’m sure to thank Him for all the blessings he’s given me stewardship over and insist upon growing closer to Him every single day. 4. I work out every day, because I know that is what is best for my body. I understand that I must take care of myself in order to take care of others around me. 5. The fuel I put into my body follows an intentional diet; as with everything else in life, my nutrition is not haphazard, but planned and intentional. My performance and all results in my life will follow the fuel I put into myself on a day to day basis. 6. I drink 1 gallon or more of pure filtered water of the highest possible quality every day. 7. 15,000 steps is the minimum daily amount. 10,000 is average, but average is not enough because I choose to be above average. Mobility into old age is a MUST for me.
