These adjustments will be applicable to the last six (6) months of the Contract Year, following written agreement by both Parties. ARTICLE 4. DELIVERY, TRANSPORTATION, RISK TRANSFER 4.1. Delivery places: Goods shall be delivered at COMPANY AAA’s warehouses. 4.2. Loading and unloading, transportation: The Distributor shall be liable for loading the Goods onto Distributor’s means of transportation and transport the Goods to their final destination. 4.3. Risk transfer: All risks related to the Goods shall be transferred to the Distributor when the Distributor takes possession of the goods for loading onto the Distributor’s means of transportation. ARTICLE 5. PRICE, PAYMENT, BONUS 5.1. Price: The price of the Goods may change from time to time subject to market fluctuations. Prices for each order will be quoted to the Distributor upon acceptance of the order. In cases where the price needs to be adjusted in accordance with market fluctuations and relevant costs involved after the placement of the order, COMPANY AAA shall be entitled to adjust the price after the order is placed by the Distributor, provided that COMPANY AAA notify the Distributor of the changes in price at least [in words] ([in numbers]) month in advance.
