Agents that do not meet the department's standards are unable to be promoted and can subsequently be demoted or terminated.

Patrol Logging In order for a patrol to be valid, it must be 30 minutes or longer. To log a patrol, an agent must post a screenshot of themselves on duty in #patrol-proof within the Miscellaneous category along with pinging any other agent they saw consistently on patrol. An agent must also correctly log their patrol with the form linked in #patrol-log-information. If in the case an agent has been granted an out of rank vehicle, they shall ping the approving supervisor along with an approval message like the following; “Out of Rank vehicle approved by @(supervisor)”
Promotions & Demotions QUOTA AND PROMOTIONS ARE VERY CLOSELY RELATED IN THE POLICIES OF REINSTATEMENTS AND RECENT PROMOTIONS. REVIEW BOTH SECTIONS. Promotions Promotions are based on a multitude of factors including in-game activity, division activity, handling of tickets, teamwork/cooperation, and overall performance. Promotions are conducted roughly within four weeks of the previous promotions. Punishments Agents that have been punished up to a Letter of Reprimand within 14 days of the next promotion may not be promoted. However, it depends on the severity of the incident and punishment given. Reinstatements An agent who reinstated within 14 days of the next promotions cannot be promoted. Recent Promotions An agent who was promoted within 14 days of the next promotions cannot be promoted. Demotions Demotions are to be issued to those who do not meet up to standard. This could be due to poor performance, violation of department guidelines/policies, or due to lack of qualifications for a position. Poor Job Performance An agent who consistently fails to meet the expectations of their role may be demoted to a position that better suits their skills and abilities. Violation of Department Policies An agent who violates department policies or engages in misconduct may be demoted as a form of disciplinary action. Lack of Qualifications An agent who is promoted to a position in which they do not possess the necessary qualifications may be demoted to a more suitable role.
