( 1 ) BOARD OF INTERMEDIATE & SECONDARY EDUCATION, LAHORE RESULT GAZETTE OF THE SECONDARY SCHOOL CERTIFICATE (FIRST ANNUAL) EXAMINATION, 2025 1. The Secondary School Certificate (First Annual) Examination, 2025, commenced w.e.f. March 04, 2025. The Examination in theory papers culminated on March 24, 2025, whereas practical Examination was completed on May 27, 2025. 2. The result is being announced on July 24, 2025. 3. The result Gazette is issued as a notice only, errors and omissions excepted. Any entry appearing in this notification does not itself confer any right or privilege to a candidate for the grant of a certificate, which will be issued under the Rules / Regulations on the basis of the original record in the Board’s office. 4. The result intimation of the private candidates is being sent to their home addresses provided by them for the purpose, while the regular candidates will receive their Result Cards from their respective institutions. 5. The marks obtained by the successful candidates out of 1100 (old course) and 1200 (new course) have been reflected against their Roll Numbers and Names on the website of the BISE (www.biselahore.com). 6. The candidates against whose Roll numbers and names, abbreviations of certain subject/s have been mentioned, have failed in these subject/s and are eligible to re-appear in the failing subject/s till the period mentioned in the gazette against their roll numbers. 7. The candidates intending to apply for re-checking of their papers may apply online at the Website (www.biselahore.com) within 15 days after declaration of the result. i) For the purpose of improving marks/grades, candidates will be provided with four (4) examination opportunities in the same subjects or subject groups in which they previously passed examinations by following the current prevalent syllabi. These opportunities can be availed within a period of four (4) years of passing the SSC and Intermediate examinations, provided that they are availed before appearing in any higher examinations conducted by any examining body. A candidate will need to submit an affidavit, of marks not attaining higher degree, if improvement chances are availed beyond two years of first attempt. ii) The candidate may appear in following categories: a) In subject(s) of his choice (subject means Part-I + Part-II + Practical), b) In Part-I c) In Part-II d) In Part-I and Part-II both e) in any paper(s) of Part-I or Part-II iii) The highest marks obtained by the candidate will be counted toward final result. Old posting (previous result) will be taken from the last improved result which will carry the highest marks obtained in a paper after multiple attempts. iv) In case, a candidate remains absent after applying for improvement, his old posting (previous result) will continue. v) Grace-Marks subject(s) must be re-taken with improvement attempt and no Grace Marks will be allowed in case of improvement. 8. No additional examination opportunity shall be provided in lieu of an opportunity missed for any reason. 9. The candidates who have failed in the Secondary School Certificate (First Annual) Examination, 2025 would be allowed to deposit the admission form and fee for the Secondary School Certificate (Second Annual) Examination, 2025, according to the schedule prescribed by theBoard.
