What Would You Do? Ahead of the new school year, you scan the list of students who will be registered in your classroom. You always expect to have students with diverse academic abilities, social skills, and motivation for learning. This year you will have a student with a chronic health concern, asthma; a student with autism spectrum disorder; a student with specific learning disabilities; and two students with ADHD. The class list has you feeling quite overwhelmed, but you believe in the district’s policy of inclusion, so you begin planning for meeting the needs of these learners and all learners in your classroom.
