Be ready with a soft copy of your proof of alumni fee payment and your graduation portrait (if available). If you do not have a graduation portrait, you may use any formal ID photo (wearing proper attire with a transparent background), both of which you need to upload to the online form. 4. You may check the status of your clearance to the Benilde Alumni Association 24 to 48 hours after submitting your BARGS form at this link. BENILDE ALUMNI CLEARANCE STATUS If your status is marked CLEARED, you will automatically be cleared to the Benilde Alumni Association in your SIS account. Important Notice: To avoid delays, Please fulfill requirements days before the deadline, as we need 24 to 48 hours to review and confirm bank deposits and payments. [email protected] WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE THE ALUMNI CARDS? Due to the current pandemic and lockdown situation, there will be some delays in the delivery of the Benilde Alumni Cards. We are currently experiencing delays from our suppliers and couriers. After we deploy all Alumni Cards to our partner courier, they report and update the association about the delivery status every 15th and 30th day of the month.
