Define L2CAP Protocol. L2CAP (Logical Link Control and Adaptation Protocol): It is a protocol in Bluetooth that provides data segmentation, reassembly, and flow control between devices. L2CAP enables higher-layer protocols to efficiently communicate by managing data transfer and ensuring proper packet handling. Define Bluetooth. Bluetooth: Bluetooth is a wireless technology standard used for short-range communication between devices. It allows devices like phones, computers, and headphones to connect and exchange data over a short distance without the need for cables. Define I-Persistent CSMA, Non-Persistent CSMA, P- Persistent CSMA. I-Persistent CSMA (Indefinite Persistent CSMA): In this method, a device always tries to transmit as soon as the channel is idle, without waiting. It can cause more collisions since multiple devices may transmit at the same time. Non-Persistent CSMA: In non-persistent CSMA, when a device detects the channel is busy, it waits for a random amount of time before checking the channel again. This reduces collisions but may increase waiting time. P-Persistent CSMA (Probabilistic Persistent CSMA): In this method, when the channel is idle, a device transmits with a certain probability (P). If it doesn’t transmit, it waits for the next idle period and tries again, reducing collision chances compared to I-persistent. 2/2 Define Page, Half-Duplex Systems, Roamer, Transceiver. Page: In wireless communication, a page is a process where a network sends a signal to a mobile device to alert it of an incoming call or message. The device then responds with a reply. Half-Duplex Systems: A half-duplex system allows communication in both directions, but not simultaneously. A device can either transmit or receive at a time, such as in walkie-talkies. 2/4
