My experiences in participating in several projects has given me a chance to develop my leader skill, interpersonal skill and HR-related experience. Talent Acquistion • Streamlined recruitment operations and managed 5+ TA coordinators. • Enhanced reporting for Leadership team: Developed and presented 5+ monthly recruitment reports to Regional and Global leadership. • Strengthened external partnerships: Served as main contact point for RPO (Korn Ferry, HireRight, Aryan Solutions) for timely issue resolution. 2. Talent Management • Monitored key metrics for 3,000+ employees: Leveraged Workday data to track diversity (47% female leadership), performance, and succession planning, ensuring data accuracy and strategic alignment. • Data-driven talent insights: Prepared data and materials regarding to 3+ Talent Reviews to present for all Functions (Finance, Manufacturing, Science Hub and AMEA region). 3.
