4 introduction Welcome to this Business English module. The module will provide useful training to students of Humanities, Business-related subjects, accounting and many other subjects. All of the activities in this module cover areas which are vital to your job applications. In a highly competitive world, it is essential for graduates to devote the time and effort into making their applications impressive, so that they get the jobs they deserve. Potential employers are busy people, and they receive many job applications, so your application needs to stand out with its clarity and excellence. The book is designed for students with a pre-intermediate or intermediate level of English and can be used either in class or for self- study. It is split into two sections: - First: major area such marketing, human resource, management, accounting, economy and finance with the objective of defining for each one Second: Grammar and Vocabulary - which focus on the key areas of business English. Each one has a Practice section and a Reference section and is needed to participate in business effectively. The content and examples are up to date and very relevant to anyone working or planning to work internationally. This module takes you as far as getting that all the important interviews.
