i BOARD OF INTERMEDIATE AND SECONDARY EDUCATION, D.G.KHAN Secondary School Certificate (Part-II & Combined) Ist Annual Examination, 2025. INTRODUCTION: 1. ERRORS AND OMISSIONS EXCEPTED. This Result Gazette is being issued as a notice only. Any entry appearing therein does not in itself confer any right or privilege to a candidate for the grant of a certificate. However, the Board reserves the right of rectifying errors and omissions in result at any stage. 2. The result of the SSC Ist (Annual) Examination, 2025 is hereby declared on 24-07-2025. The examination commenced on 04-03-2025 and continued up to 15-05-2025. 3. A total number of 91283 candidates applied online for this Examination whereas 91180 candidates have actually appeared and the result of each of them is being declared through this Gazette. i). Education Department Govt. of Punjab approved reforms in the examination system from class 1 to 12th vide Notification No.S.O (BOARD) 12-54-201 dated 08-08-2007. ii). Secondary School Certificate Examination are being taken under part- wise system according to new scheme of studies, the Total marks of examination will be 1200 and according to old scheme the total marks of examination will be 1100. According to New scheme the candidates have to qualify separately in each, theory & practical examination of the relevant subject. 4. The candidates who have passed the examination have been shown by mentioning the total number of marks obtained by them against their Roll Numbers/Names in the result gazette. 5. The candidates who have appeared in the SSC Part-II (Annual) examination 2025 and have fail in paper/s are allowed to re-appear in the failing paper/s in next examination. 6. The BOG in its 171th meeting held on 18-11-2024 under item No.05, it was apprised that a notification No. SO (Boards) Meeting/PBCC/2024/8/6 dated 16-09-2024 has been received from Punjab Boards Committee of Chairpersons. Wherein the PBCC in its meeting, held in 21th August, 2024 vide agenda item No. 6, unanimously decided that as under: www.taleem360.com
ii “Candidates can avail maximum of 04 improvement chances within 04 years, whichever is earlier, subject to the condition that no higher degree has been attained till availing the improvement chances in SSC/HSSC examinations. Moreover, the House turned down the request of petitioners for grant of special improvement chance during 2nd Annual Examination, 2024 as they have already availed themselves sufficient no. of improvement chances. Furthermore, the policy is applicable to all the students. Any relaxation in the policy for specific students is ultra-vires to the Article 04 of the Constitution of Pakistan, 1973”. 7. Result intimation cards to the successful as well as failing candidates are being issued showing subject-wise marks, percentile score and relative grades. The private candidates will receive their result intimation’s cards directly by post. However, the result intimation’s cards of regular candidates will be sent along with the result statements popularly known as “Black List” through the Head of their institutions. 8. In case of Non-receipt of Result Card, the candidates may contact the Boards office, Assistant Controller of Examinations on Telephone No. 0336-1074326 9. Efforts will be made to issue certificates to the successful candidates as per board rules. 10. The result of the candidates whether successful or otherwise is published for the convenience of all concerned. The result of such candidates who have not yet adjusted their fee accounts or whose eligibility cases are yet to be settled or those who have not furnished the required information/documents have not been declared. Their result will not be declared unless they fulfill the requisite formalities. 11.
