MAPC 1st Year: Information & Guidelines 1. The Main WhatsApp Group for our program is the following, with 200 students & the tutors themselves: The CR for our batch is the guy with the mask [9711285881] 2. Owing to the large volume of students enrolling in the program, they have been divided into 3 WA Groups, at present: a. Group A = https://chat.whatsapp.com/Gnqsdl2eC0kB7XtseHGuVL b. Group C = https://chat.whatsapp.com/KqKgrZex7mu5gudEcC9S5E Group A & Group B, are already at their max capacity (45-50 students each), and therefore, new students would be part of Group C and then Group D and so on. 3. There are 5 practicals: a. 16PF (personality factors) b. Family Environment Scale (FES) c. Bhatia’s Battery of Performance Test for Intelligence d. Experiment on Attention Span e. Memory Test 4. For the first 3 practicals - a, b, c - Question Booklets, Manuals, Answer/Response Sheets and Scoring Keys, have been shared as PDFs in this Google Drive.
Alternatively, you can buy the Practical Kit from JMC College’s Bookshop itself, on weekdays 10 am to 2 pm. The Kit contains all the material & sheets, needed for the practicals. The price of one Kit is Rs. 1000. For the last 2 practicals, because they are experiments, they will be done a little differently. We’ll get to know soon. Do not worry. 5. We have 2 Tutors/Mentors: a. Ms. Gargi Rao = MPC 1,2,4 + MPCL7 = 9868941197 b. Dr. Siddharth Soni = MPC 3,5,6 + MPCL7 = 9838313431 Classes are held in Room-103 and Room-102. 6. Practical Exam (including Viva) would be held after June 2025 Term End Examinations. For practical exam, you need to bring a subject along with you, on the day of the exam.
7. All the practicals need to be reported/written in ONE file with proper Title page and Table of Contents mentioning the page numbers. A Sample Practical File has been shared in this Google Drive, which can be used as a reference to help write your own file. The Format for Practical has also been shared at the end of this document: 8. Assignments need to be submitted in the JMC College itself, most probably to the staff in Room 101 or similar. Enquire before you submit. Also, please keep a scanned copy of your assignments before handing them over to the college. Your assignments won’t be handed back to you after evaluation. And therefore, having a soft copy of it helps in case of any untoward events. 9. Keep checking the Regional Centre website, RC Delhi-1 for updates on counselling schedules and practical exam date sheet. The date sheet for the Practical Exam (and viva) would be notified separately by the college and so keep a tab on the “Term-end Examination/Practical Examination/Hall Ticket/Viva-voce Schedule” column of the RC Delhi-1 website. 10. The last date for filling the June 2025 TEE Form is around 20th April, 2025 (without late fees):
There are six Theory Papers + one Practical Exam to take, each with their own Credits. But whatever theory paper you decide to take the exam for, submit its corresponding assignment in the Study Centre first (JMC College) – otherwise you are ineligible to take the exam. Follow the instructions given in the exam portal and fill the form very carefully. Choose an exam center near you for ease. 11. Re-registration dates, Exam Results and Assignment Marks Updates would be shared in the Main Group when it’s time. The experienced among us would surely guide you in that endeavor. So, don’t worry. 12. Submit all your assignments separately, as per IGNOU: Arrange your assignments as follows: Title Page + Scanned copy of your Student ID Card + Question Paper of the concerned Assignment + your Assignment Sheets The Title Page may look like this, according to IGOU.
