Written by: Tube Sensei I work with {insert types of people you work with, for example: brands, businesses, etc.} to help them {insert what you help brands achieve through working with you}, and my clients come to me when they {insert 3 main challenges your prospect is most likely experiencing that is holding them back from reaching their main goal}. Here is my Example: I work with brands to help them find prospects and turn them into clients, and my clients come to me when they are not able to find quality prospects, they are not able to overcome objections from their prospects, or they do not know the proper questions to ask their prospects to engage them. What You Must Know Before Prospecting: Prospecting is about volume as much as it is strategy. You have to be comfortable knowing that a majority of people will ignore you and will have zero interest in conversing with you. That is totally fine. Leave those people alone. The wonderful part is that with an effective prospecting script, and a constant rotation of conversations, you will be able to find the right potential clients for your business. In order to prospect effectively, you must put in the effort. The script is only half the battle; the other half is reaching out to 15-20 new people every single day. This will allow you to prospect in volume and always have a rotation of conversation going. The goal is to qualify and disqualify quickly so you know you are speaking to the right prospects. Before jumping into the script, let's examine the fundamentals of successful prospecting. The 4 Fundamentals:
Written by: Tube Sensei 1. Trust: Trust is created by being authentic with your intentions. Providing a genuine compliment, using your prospect's name, and using voice messaging will allow you to build stronger trust. 2. Value: Value is created by giving your prospects new insights and actionable tips that they can apply right away to see results. 3. Credibility: Credibility is created through the explanation of your valuable tips. You want to be perceived by your prospect as the expert in your field. You do this by giving thorough explanations as to why your prospect is struggling and why the valuable tips you suggest for them will work. 4. Objection Handling: Objections are usually a reflex response from your prospect and happen consciously and unconsciously. Most of your prospects will have several objections throughout the prospecting process. If you aren't well-equipped to handle and overcome objections, you will lose the sale. The Preliminary Questions In order to sculpt your perfect script, you will have to answer these questions about your product/service: 1. What is your ideal prospect's/client's main goal? 2. How do you help your prospects/clients achieve their main goal? 3. What are the 3 main challenges your prospects/clients are facing that stop them from reaching their main goal? 4. How are these challenges affecting their business? 5. What would their business look like if they solved their challenges? Let's get started: Prospecting is about reaching out to as many people as you can, creating organic conversations, and quickly qualifying the right prospects for your business.
Written by: Tube Sensei Who you will be reaching out to when prospecting on Instagram: • Your new followers. • People who comment on your posts. • People in your niche who are in other creators' comment sections. Any prospect has the potential to be a quality prospect when you have the right script. This is why you will engage in conversation with anyone and everyone you can because your best client could be one message away. IMPORTANT NOTE The script is meant to serve as an outline that includes KEY QUESTIONS to ask your prospects. You can divert from the script if it happens organically, and that is encouraged; this is great for building rapport. When you ask a KEY QUESTION from the script, you ideally want to talk about that topic in as much detail as possible before moving on. This will allow you to get the most information out of your prospect. Follow the natural flow of the conversation, always reverting back to the KEY QUESTIONS. IMPORTANT NOTES: • You do not need to include every single question, as some prospects will be super engaged and move the process along faster. Avoid sounding repetitive when asking these questions. • You'll notice that throughout this entire script, you do not mention your product/service at all, and this is intentional. You do not want to talk about your product/service until you hop on a Zoom/WhatsApp call. Even if your prospect asks about your product/service, try to avoid a price conversation because this will lead to objections if you haven’t fully gone through the script.
