Artificial sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame K, aspartame others (use 100% monk fruit extract) 6. Anything you personally react poorly to FOODS TO INCORPORATE MORE OF [HEALING] 1. High quality meats (especially red) e.g. beef, lamb, venison, kangaroo, buffalo, free range pork, organic chicken etc. 2. Slow cooked meats (on bone or with bones): shoulder, ribs, shanks, brisket, leg roasts, osso bucco, whole chicken etc. 3. Collagen: 1-2 cups bone broth or 10-20g hydrolysed collagen peptides daily. 4. Oily fish and seafood: wild caught salmon, sardines, trout, mackerel, anchovies, tuna, oysters, prawns, scallops etc. 5. High quality fats and oils: organic ghee and butter, coconut oil, tallow, macadamia oil, organic avocado oil, organic olive oil, goose fat 6. Fresh herbs and spices: rosemary, thyme, dill, oregano, basil, mint, parsley, turmeric, ginger, black cumin seeds etc. 7. Selective carbs: Red, black, wild rice, sweet potato, buckwheat, parsnip, pumpkin, carrot, raw honey, fermented dairy, fruits. 8. Polyphenol rich foods: raw or manuka honey, green tea or matcha, 85%+ dark chocolate, berries especially blueberries, pomegranate, olive oil. 9. Medicinal mushrooms: chaga, maitake, lions mane, shiitake, turkey tail, king trumpet etc. 10. Refrigerated fermented foods: kefir, sauerkraut, kimchi, goat or sheep yoghurt (if tolerated) —-------------- 11. Raw or Manuka Honey: 1 tbsp 3-4x per day. 12. Pomegranate juice and fruit 13. Herbal teas: Green, Licorice, Ginger 14. MCT + Coconut Oil in cooking, smoothies etc. 15. Zinc: shellfish e.g. oysters, beef, pork, chicken, turkey 16. Low starch vegetables e.g. broccoli, zucchini, cauliflower, asparagus (as tolerated) 17. Whey protein isolate (30g per day) 18. Garlic: fresh in cooking or in garlic olive oil. 19. Broccoli sprouts: 70g per day 20. Green tea: 2-3 cups per day 21. Yoghurt and fermented dairy: 1 serving per day 22. Pure, organic, Cranberry juice: 500ml per day 23. Turmeric in cooking 24. Aloe vera: 1⁄4 cup in the morning on an empty stomach 25. Ginger: fresh ginger tea, ginger in cooking, or supplement 26. Olive oil: use with cooking or on salads, ideally 1-2 tbsp per day 27. Walnut, walnut oil, walnut butter for omega 3 PUFA’s. Matula Tea: a very expensive therapeutic tea which claims to guarantee it can eradicate H.Pylori or they will send you more. Some clients have used it in the past with success, however I have no experience with the guarantee being claimed and there is no human or animal research on it.
