OFFICIAL CPP3 Assessment Centre Group Task NOTE: The following scenario is fictional. All the information you need to complete this activity is contained within this document. You are not required to perform any outside research during this activity. _____________________________________________________________________________________________ Timing:  Individual prep - 5 mins  Discussion – 30 mins  Presentation - 5 mins You will have 5 minutes to read the instructions and related materials. Please read individually and in silence. Once this preparation time has concluded, you will have 30 minutes to discuss the case and the key questions with your group members. Following this discussion, you must then present your answers to the assessors. This presentation should be no more than 5 minutes. Not all team members are required to speak during the presentation. Group Task Background:  On the following pages, you will find some case notes in relation to a Child Protection Case. After the 5 minutes of reading time, please discuss with your group members your initial thoughts about the scenario presented and key questions below. 1. What are your initial thoughts about the scenario presented? 2. What are the key issues raised in the report? 3. What other information do you think is required? 4. With whom would you consult with and when? 5. When you review the client history what would you pay particular attention to? 6.
