Section II | Chain of Command Information: - Do not disturb Union Guard High Command or any Commissioned Officers for minor things, ensure to always start off with Non-Commissioned officers for those, only the serious/major issues or queries can be directed to the higher authorities of the division, such as reports. - You can be punished if you disturb the High Command and Officers of the division for minor things which could have been dealt with by a Non-Commissioned Officer. - The Chain of Command (CoC) is the divisions rank structure. It serves the purpose of ensuring members contact the right individuals in the right situation. Chain of Command: Enlisted Ranks (ER): ● Guardsman Private | Capacity: N/A - Guardsman Privates are the lowest ranking and the newest members of the division (unless you are Middle or State Guards). Guardsman Privates are restricted in terms of perks; an example being the fact that they cannot deploy freely into Papers Pls, and are bound by regulations. ● Guardsman Lance Corporal | Capacity: N/A - Guardsman Lance Corporals are experienced and trained soldiers who unlock a few new perks/responsibilities. Lance Corporals do not have power or authority over Privates. They can deploy onto the in-game team without supervision by NCO+. ● Guardsman Corporal | Capacity: 75 (50 for YG and 25 for MG)
