Over the last decade, of every 20 questions in the Bar Examinations in Political Law, an average of: a. 8 questions (or 40%) were answerable by en bane rulings of the Supreme Court, irrespective of the ponencia; b. 1 question (or 4%) was answerable by the ponencia of the Bar Examinations Chairperson; c. 1 question (or 4%) pertained to Article III, Section 12 of the Bill of Rights or the rights of suspects under custodial investigation; d. 1 question (or 4.5%) related to Article VII, Section 18, or the Commander-in-Chief Clause; and e. 12 questions (or 62%) were from Constitutional Law, with one question each from the Local Government Code, Administrative Code, Omnibus Election Code, and Public International Law. 2.
