Establishment Post No. Post TRAINING OFFICER 1. The Training Officer is responsible for planning, executing, and supervising all training activities within the unit, ensuring operational readiness and professional development. 2. They develop and maintain training schedules, syllabi, and lesson plans in line with force doctrine and leadership objectives. 3. They ensure that all personnel meet required training standards, including drills, weapons handling, fieldcraft, and leadership development. 4. They are to assess the performance of recruits, enlisted members, and junior leaders, identifying areas for improvement and recommending remedial training where necessary. 5. They must coordinate with Company Commanders, NCOs, and other staff to ensure effective delivery of all training modules and field exercises. 6.
