Newlywed’s house, bedroom (day) There is a small frame with Sol and Sunjae’s wedding photo on the bedside table, an alarm rings from the phone in front of it. As the camera pans, Sunjae is seen sleeping on a big bed alone. He reaches out towards the bedside table to turn off the alarm and opened his eyes. Sunjae (as if he woke up from a dream, in a sleepy voice) What kind of dream was that... (he says as he gets up to sit) He rubs his face to wake himself up and looks at the empty space next to him. He swipes his hand across the pillow next to his for no particular reason and looked at his phone screen. The date is October 20, 2024. He dials ©My Fate© but it only rang for a long time and got cut off. Sunjae (sadly) She must be really busy. Scene 2. At a movie filming site in Jeju Island (day) Blue seaside in Jeju Island. The staff as well as the actors are all on standby at their respective positions. It’s an atmosphere where they are preparing for the filming. Sol walks towards the filming site while yawning, like she’s tired. She goes to check her phone and sees a missed call from ♡My Fate♡. As Sol, with a bright expression, was about to call back, the assistant director comes running. AD Director! We’re all ready! Please come quickly! (runs back) Sol Alright! I’m coming now! (unfortunately, she couldn’t press the call button. she smiles as she looks at Sunjae’s photo that she made as her phone wallpaper) I miss you... (taps Sunjae’s picture) Just wait a bit. I’ll finish up in no time and run diligently towards you. (she smiles as she blows a kiss to Sunjae’s picture on her phone when she makes eye contact with a staI that’s standing next to her) StaG Haha... (awkward smile) Sol Haha... (embarrassed, she blows a kiss to the staI for no reason and hurriedly runs oI towards the filming site) StaG (embarrassed) Director’s at it again... Ah~~ I’m jealous~~ (chases after with heavy steps) Sol comes running towards the director’s seat in front of the monitor. She puts on her headphone and picks up the radio. The filming starts with a vigorous shout of “Ready! Action!” from Sol. Continues with montage cuts of busy Sol at the movie set.

Outside of ECLIPSE’s studio (night) Scene 4. ECLIPSE’s studio (night) Inhyuk, enters the studio. Taesung is drinking a canned beer while sitting on the sofa. Inhyuk Oh? What are you doing here? Taesung I came because our Ryu. Sun. Jae-ssi needs advice for his next role as a detective but. Inhyuk But? Taesung Why is that punk like that all day? (he says as he points his chin towards a corner) Inhyuk ??? (turns to look) At the corner of the studio. The image of Sunjae’s back as he sits in front of the piano in anguish. Inhyuk Oh... I thought you wouldn’t come out because it’s your birthday. Were you working on a song? As Inhyuk approaches closer he sees Sunjae watching a video of Sol giving an acceptance speech after winning the short film category at a film festival on his phone. Inhyuk (serious) Ugh, here we go again. Sunjae (disappointed that the acceptance speech video has ended) Ha... I miss her. Inhyuk I miss it a bit too. You, being in your right mind. Sunjae (disregards) Because I can’t see Sol, there’s no joy in living lately. Inhyuk Didn’t Solie-nim (just) go to Jeju to shoot something yesterday? Sunjae (staring) Who told you to call Solie’s name carelessly. Inhyuk Then (should I call her) sister-in-law? Sunjae I don’t like that either. Just don’t say it with your mouth. Stop with the nonsense and stand up. Don’t act this pitiful on your birthday and let’s get out to drink! Taesung is even here. Okay? Sunjae (kkeung*. hugs his phone and lies face down) I need Sol, not sul. (dead serious) My Solie will come back in two days. How am I supposed to wait? *mimetic sound of someone embarrassed. Sul in Korean is alcohol. Inhyuk (gave up. he lost. thinking of surrendering) Crazy guy... Scene 5. Outside of the newlywed’s house (night) Scene 6. At the entrance of the newlywed’s house (night) Inside the dark house. At the sound of the door unlocking—the front door opens, Sunjae, who looks like he’s tired, enters and the sensor lights turn on. Sunjae takes off his shoes and the moment he walks to the living room he feels the change in atmosphere. He stops. His body gestures as if he noticed something. His eyes shift. Scene 7. Newlywed’s house, living room (night) Sunjae walks through the dark hallway towards the living room while taking off his jacket. He puts his jacket on a chair, he unbuttons and rolls up his sleeves as he walks towards the corner to turn on a floor stand lamp. As the subtle lighting is revealed, a big wedding picture of two people is seen hanging on one side of the living room. Sunjae smiles at the sight of it and turns his gaze towards the sofa...and sees Sol! Sol, lying sideways on the sofa, fast asleep. Sunjae (pleased to see her. talks to himself while smiling) When did she arrive? She didn’t even call. Sunjae, approaches Sol, still with a smile on his lips. He takes a seat on the floor beside the sofa. He giggles at the sight of a cake box and a gift box that lies on the table. He looks at sleeping Sol again. Sunjae (in a low voice, sweetly) Excuse me, Im Sol-ssi. How can you fall asleep like this when you came back to surprise me? (he says, but Sol didn’t wake up) She must be really tired... Sunjae, tries to cover Sol again with the blanket that is barely covering her when Sol’s ankles catch his eyes. The smile on his lips disappears. Episode 1, Scene 30. The scene where he puts over an umbrella over Sol who’s on a wheelchair at Han River bridge.
