Task 2: Teacher Observation & Feedback (Written Task, Max 1 Page) Scenario: You conducted a classroom observation and noticed the following challenges: 1. The teacher mostly lectures and rarely engages students in hands-on activities. 2. Some students seem disengaged and not participating. 3. The teacher struggles with managing transitions between activities. Your Task: ● Write a structured feedback report for the teacher, using constructive and supportive language. ● Suggest three actionable strategies the teacher can implement to improve. Task 3: Problem-Solving & Mentorship (Written Task, Max 1 Page) Scenario: A teacher is struggling with classroom management & parents communication—students and parents are experiencing school anxiety, so she has to deal with students who cry out loud throughout the sessions and with parents who insist on staying in the classroom to prevent their children from crying. She feels overwhelmed and is considering leaving. Your Task: ● Outline your approach to mentoring this teacher. ● Provide specific strategies to help with classroom management. ● Describe how you would support and motivate the teacher to stay engaged in their role.
