1. Can consumption drive economic growth? - Definitely yes, I believe that consumption is the main driver of economic development. Only when people buy goods and services, can industries such as manufacturing, transport and the like expand their operation, which has far-reaching impacts across various sectors like agriculture, transportation and retailing. (A, B or things like that A, B, C and the like A, B, C to name just a few A, B, C, you name it- cái gì cũng có ) Make mistake Attitude towards Idiom - idiomatic expression) 2. What are the advantages and disadvantages of shopping online?
- Let’s talk about the benefits first. I think that the biggest one is convenience. You do not need to go out and travel long distances, or switch from one physical store to another just to buy an item. Instead, you can shop at/from the comfort of your home. Regarding the downside, I think that shopping online means that you do not know the real quality of the product. And even when you read the customer reviews carefully, chances are that you will buy things that are of low quality or just don’t suit you. 3. What are the differences between online shopping and in-store shopping? - I think that they differ in many ways, but the biggest/ most significant distinction lies in the experience. I mean why you shop at a brick-and-mortar store, you have to go there, have a face-to-face conversation with the shop assistant. You also have a chance to touch and try on the item before making the decision. In contrast, in the case of online shopping, none of these things happen. You’ll chat with the seller through an online platform and you can just see the product and imagine how you would look in, let say, a dress or a skirt. 4. Why do some people not like shopping in small shops? Off the tope of my head, i think that they do not like to shop in a small space where they may have to compete for, let say, changing room/ fitting room. Or in some cases, they have to share this room with others, which can be awkward. 5. What are the advantages and disadvantages of shopping in small shops? I think that the perk of shopping in a small shop is that you do not have to be on the go all the time to find the item. I mean everything could be in within you reach. And when it comes to the drawbacks, unfortunately, there are plenty. First, as I mentioned earlier, there maynot be enough space for customer to try on the clothes, which can be annoying. And for the most part, the range of products in a small store is often limited. 6. Why are shopping malls so popular in Việt Nam? - I believe that this is because our shopping demand is increasing. I mean for the past several years, the economic growth of Vietnam has been significant, leading to a higher income. This mean besides the basic needs, people can have spare money to spend on other consumer goods to increase their quality of life. 1. Does the culture of the past have an impact on today's culture? - Definitely yes. I don’t know what it is in other countries in the world, but in Vietnam, the culture in VN has been quite consistent from the past till the present. This means what happened in the past shapes our current culture. 2. Which is more important in terms of culture, literature or music? - To be honest, this is not my area of interest. But as far as I know they are of equal importance. Literature is a way for people to record their thoughts, thinking as well as the way the society operates at certain periods of time. Without it, we can not gain such valuable insights. In terms of music, I cannot state how indispensable it is to our life. 3. How do young people learn about different cultures? - The easiest way for them to do so in this digital age is through online sources like films or social media platforms. For example, Vietnamese youngsters learn a lot about Korean culture like music, food and fashion from Korean rom-coms. 4. What kind of culture is popular among young people?
- I cannot say on behalf of anyone. It depends a lot on personal preferences. Some teenagers around me are obsessed with the Korean culture while others are big fans of Japanese one. 5. How is a culture formed? - Well I have to say that this question is beyond my level of knowledge. But let me try. Vietnamese culture is shaped by our geographical features and historical events like wars. I cannot think of anything else. 6. How does the internet affect culture? - I think that when it comes to this aspect, the Internet can both promote and undermine (negatively affect) a culture. Let me explain this. Let talk about Vietnam. With advent of globalization and the rise of the Internet, Vietnamese people are exposed to other cultures in the world. On the one hand, this can enhance their cultural identity, knowing that their culture is unique. On the other hand, they can develop a liking for other cultures and turn their back on their own, which I think is a negative impact of the Internet.

Are professional consultancy services expensive in your country? - I have never tried such a service before, but I guess is costly. For example, if you want a piece of advice from a psychologist for your mental problem, it may set you back one day’s worth of your salary. And the fee would get higher if the person you consult have a high level of expertise. 2. Do you think the advice parents give their children is always good? - No. I don’t not believe in “always”. Parent’s advice may do their children good in the fields or things that they have experienced. But it is not the case with something parents are unfamiliar with. (ins and outs) 3. Why do some people like to ask others for advice on almost everything? - I think it is because they lack knowledge and confidence in themselves. This is often the case with small children who often rely on their parents for the majority of their decisions in life. This can also happen in people afraid of making mistakes. In this case, asking for advice from, let say, those with more experience and expertise may give them a peace of mind. 4. Do people often ask for advice from professional people, like a lawyer? - Definitely yes, consulting services are growing in popularity in Vietnam in the recent years. It’s hard for a person to know everying in depth right. So when it comes to a matter that people do not have the knowledge of, it’s normal for them to turn to someone with authority (= knowledge) 5. Who should people ask for advice on big issues, family members or friends? - It’s impossible to give a definite answer to this question. It depends on who would have the relevant knowledge about the topic at hand. For example, you may reach out to your parents when it comes to choosing a career path because they are adults who have
