Purpose The Two-Year College Mllathematirs Journal has been created to provide a communication forum for mathematicians interested and involved in the curricular and pedagogical prob- lems of two-year colleges. The majority of such people are teaching at two-year colleges. They will contribute most of the articles. However. it is our hope that all mathematicians interested in such problems, whether they teach at secondary, two- or four-year institu- tions, will use the Journal to communicate their ideas. Editorial Policy rhe Journal's policy is to publish articles that relate lo curriculum and teaching as outlined in the Table of Contents. This Table of Contents has been designed specifically to encour- age the broadest possible participation and representation. How to Submit an Article Articles by all interested persons are welcomed. Authors are asked to submit their manu- scripts in duplicate, typewritten, double spaced, on 8?/~ x 11 white paper. Every article received will be acknowledged immediately and the editorial board will notify the author of its decision soon after. Manuscripts should be sent to: Editorial Board The Two-Year College Mathematics Journal 53 State Street Boston, Massachusetts 0 2109 Reprint Information Readers of the Journal may reprint at their own expense any article published in t1.
