Saturn is easy to recognize thanks to its beautiful rings, which make it unique in the solar system. Despite being the second largest planet, Saturn is so light that it would float on water if a large enough body existed. People have observed Saturn for centuries, but it was first viewed through telescope in 1610 by Galileo.
