Orientation for New Aides
Welcome to our Agency All Heart Homecare is an Agency that provides comprehensive and compassionate care in the comfort of our clients’ homes. We welcome each employee to our company. Thank you for joining us! The Agency would like to assure our employees that their association with All Heart will be mutually beneficial. We believe that each employee will contribute to our success and provide excellent care to patients.
New Case If you are going to a new case, please: ● Call the patient one day ahead ● Introduce yourself ● Verify the patient’s address * Please take the time to call the patient the day before so they can be aware of who you are and what to expect when you arrive to their home!
If the patient does not open the door when you arrive, please: ● Knock on the door ● Call the patient ● Call the patient's emergency contact ● Ask the patient’s neighbors ● Inform the Agency about the situation ● Locate the Superintendent of the Building ● Call 911 if none of the above mentioned works (there may be a medical emergency with the patient inside the home) **For any concerns and questions, please always contact the Agency
