Any attempts to exploit, manipulate, or abuse the rules will result in an immediate ban. If you have any questions or need clarification on any rule, please open a ticket and ask. DO NOT ASSUME --- Discord Rules 1. No erotic, non-T.O.S, or controversial things are to be posted anywhere including but not limited to Gifs, images, videos, or messages. 2. When staff is needed to solve an issue please open a ticket to get it Resolved (complaining in random channels will not get you a response). 3. Do not Tag or message any staff or developers connected to Viper roleplay. 4. There is no beef, toxicity or shit talk in any Viper roleplay discord channel. General Rules 1. Harassment , bullying, racism or sexual harassment will not be tolerated and will be dealt with by staff. Profanity that is used in these ways or violates common T.O.S. is not allowed. This being said bringing things from city to out of city harassment is also not allowed 2. No RDM (Random DeathMatch / Killing someone without proper interaction and or reason) 3. No VDM (Vehicle DeathMatch / any use of your vehicle to disable another or harm anyone in any way) Is not allowed and will result in a ban if it is a 8consistent issue.
4. When creating a ticket in the Discord, please provide a clip of the incident. We will NOT accept short snippets of scenes. Your clip must show the full scene to provide proper context and help us deal with the situation accordingly. {if found out you are only showing half of something just to make someone look bad you will banned for double what they would get} (Without a clip when making a report we won't be able to deal with it in anyway don’t even waste both our times making a ticket) (Some ways to clip include Medal, GeForce Experience, etc) this is the most common one https://medal.tv 5. No Intentionally rag dolling 6. If you see someone breaking a rule, take a clip and report the incident rather than taking it into your own hands as well as to break a rule to get revenge and get yourself in trouble aswell.(Revenge/Peer Pressure Rule Breaking). 7. DO NOT ASK STAFF ABOUT TICKETS OR OUT OF CITY ISSUES IN DMS OR IN CITY AT ALL YOU WILL BE INSTANTLY BANNED This can not only get you in trouble but could affect the staff member (so don't put a friend in a bad spot) 8. DO NOT PRESS “NUI DEV TOOLS” you will be PERMANENTLY BANNED 9. Logging out or hiding to avoid a roleplay scenario is not allowed and will be dealt with according to the severity of the incident {F8 QUITTING IN ANY SCENARIO WHEN IN RP WILL LEAD TO A BAN AND COMPLETE POCKET WIPE} 10.Viper Staff will not mediate your relationship issues or drama and when it gets brought out of viper roleplays discord or server it is no longer a viper issue in any way (includes personal dms). 11. Intentionally putting yourself in harms way is nvl {Standing in front of a car or behind to get them to not run you over is not only nvl but is baiting into a rule break} 12.NVL [Not valuing your life] is NOT allowed, you are required to value your life at all times in RP. An example of not abiding by this rule would be not following instructions when the gun is pointed at you this includes tackling, running, radio, pulling
guns out, 911 calls, ect. Anything done that doesn't show animations that would irl is considered power gaming in instances like this . [IF YOU NVL YOU CAN BE KILLED AND ROBBED IF YOU ROB AFTER NVL GET YOU ARE REQUIRED TO CLIP IT TO KEEP YOURSELF SAFE] 13.Rulesplaining (Bringing up the rule in rp or body cam/video) is not allowed if a rule is broken during a rp scene, please finish the scene and send a clip of the ENTIRE interaction in a ticket {do not go ooc at all ever} 14.Public locations that are marked on the map that use an animation are considered a green zone. These locations are mostly for new people to find work etc. Areas not marked on the map that have an animation can be held down and taxed by people. Shouldn't be killing people mid animation still! There are going to be some things exempt to this rule if you are unsure about the rule, open a ticket and ask! (THERE IS A DISCORD CHANNEL DEDICATED TO MORE INFORMATION ON THIS) 15.Advertising anything OOC for personal gain, in the city or in Discord without permission of the higher ups in staff is not allowed and typically leads to a permanent removal from anything Viper related. 16.Once ems is on scene it is over no shooting at all (if you continue the scene after ems revives you or is on scene there will be a ban) {You will still be arrested} 17. If there is an active scene, shootout, interaction, ect before you fly in you can not respond or be apart of that scene in anyway you are to sit out the entire scene no exception 18.No crimes of any kind are permitted in green zones. The only green zones are the ones listed in the dedicated Discord channel. 19.Loitering at any Medical Center or police department is not permitted. The incentive is to be healed / handle the reason for being there and then leave the area immediately.
