This role is the operational backbone of every event, responsible for permits, resources, and ensuring smooth on-ground execution. Key Responsibilities: ● Obtain necessary permissions from campus authorities for all events. ● Manage physical and technical setup, including seating, audio systems, power, and refreshments. ● Create and manage event checklists and logistics timelines. ● Troubleshoot real-time issues during events and ensure contingency plans are in place. ● Work closely with the Treasurer and Finance team for expense planning and procurement. The Curations Team serves as a strategic complement to the Programs and Corporate Affairs teams. While handling documentation and post-event analysis, it also plays a vital role in preparing outreach-ready reports, maintaining records for sponsor retention, and following up on collaboration leads. Key Responsibilities: ● Maintain a central archive of all events—reports, decks, media, and outcomes—organized for future reference and external sharing. ● Assist Corporate Affairs in sponsor retention by curating post-event deliverables and documentation. ● Coordinate with the Programs and Corporate teams to follow up on leads, partnerships, and unfinished collaborations. ● Standardize event and project documentation for internal consistency and professional communication. ● Review event performance data and help draft handover reports and key insights. Visual communication is critical to event success, and this role delivers the design language of the student branch across all media. Key Responsibilities: ● Design event posters, carousels, certificates, sponsorship decks, and other collaterals. ● Ensure consistency in brand colors, fonts, and themes across all platforms. ● Deliver creatives on time in collaboration with the Promotions and Social Media heads. ● Optimize visual content for different platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp). ● Brainstorm new design templates and interactive formats to improve engagement.
