Last changes made to the document on May 10, 2024 4 The Fundamentals of Red Lotus Unity Norms and Regulations Chapter I Principles of Red Lotus This digital unity is established on the principles of Maturity, Professionalism, Security, Privacy, Accuracy, Data Protection and Expansion. Maturity Those responsible for “ScreenSharing” individuals must stay mature at all times, maintain situational awareness, not get distracted, have the ability to properly explain the process to confused individuals; comfort insecurities, avoid arguments or stressful interactions, regardless of who they ScreenShare. Professionalism ScreenSharers must stay professional, show no frustration, anger, impatience; comfort insecurities, avoid arguments or stressful interactions, regardless of who they ScreenShare. Security ScreenSharers must keep individuals they ScreenShare secure at all times. They must not allow unverified third-parties to SS individuals. Privacy ScreenSharers must keep the data/information they’re exposed to private. This data/information can only be visible to Owners or second-in-charge, or ScreenShare Managers only. ScreenSharers must not speak of their unrelated (to advantages) findings. The ScreenShare must be conducted privately, or between the individual and the ScreenSharer, or ScreenSharers, or between the individual, ScreenSharer and Owner, or second-in-charge, or by allowed by individual third-parties. Collected evidence must be shared with the Player.
