(lý do 1) -  Going to university also helps people to gain more knowledge and develop their soft skills. Going to vocational schools/ colleges -  Going to vocational training helps people have a special skill to earn for a living. For example, they can study to become electricians, plumbers, factory workers etc. which are essential jobs that are frequently lacking in the society. For example, a student has to pay $1000 for a vocational training course, but he has to pay more than $6000 for university fees. Therefore, it is better for the young to go to vocational school instead of going to university. ( lý do 3) Sample (5 points) People have different opinions about going to university. The second reason could be explained that going to university also helps people to gain more knowledge and develop their soft skills. In general, students will be provided necessary skills for future jobs. For instance, time management skills, communication skills, problem-solving skills and negotiation skills.   The third reason is that people have more chances to meet up new friends and open their social relationships when entering university. Most students come from several many different part of the country. Therefore, they will make friends or even find the right spouse for themselves.   In conclusion, I totally agree that young people should go to university for academic study because of having a better job in the future, gaining more knowledge, developing soft skills and meeting up new friends. VSTEP WRITING DELL - Children have a good chance to be exposed to authentic English. Foreign teachers only use English as a means of communication. -Young learners get familiar with his standard pronunciation, accent and intonation. Consequently, young children can produce sounds like native speakers and improve listening and speaking skills. - Young learners can pick up special sounds and daily expressions naturally by imitating the sound uttered from native teachers. For instance, Vietnamese children who have learned English with foreign teachers have much better pronunciation than those of ESL teachers. Therefore, it is imperative for children to learn a different language at primary schools.  - Studying English with native teacher helps children gain knowledge about many different cultures around the world. There are some drawbacks of studying English with foreign teachers. -The tuition is expensive .Taking an English course with foreign teachers is more expensive, which is not affordable for any parents.  For example, an ILA English course costs 20.000.000 VND while it costs a half price if studying with Vietnamese English teachers.  - In some situations, young learners cannot understand the explanation of the lessons in English from foreign teachers. Practice 3: The subjects that children are taught in schools are decided by central authorities (QD1). Some people say that teachers, not politicians, should be responsible for this task.(QD2). To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion? Teachers should be responsible for this task -Teachers know the ability of students to prepare curriculum accordingly. -Teachers are curriculum advisers for the Ministry of Education and Training to develop a national curriculum framework.
