Conclusion To conclude i can say that according to the laws of the state, the state has defined the jurisdiction of the civil courts, all the civil courts have been restricted to hear all kind of cases before them and a court cannot decide a case outside of its jurisdiction. There are multiple kinds of jurisdiction in the law such as pecuniary, territorial, personal, appellate and subject matter jurisdiction
