Falls clinic A specialist clinic to review patient at risk of falls or following falls. Four-hour target A target in the emergency department to see, treat, and admit or discharge patients in under four hours. Foundation Programme Director The Foundation Programme Director is responsible for the management and quality control of the foundation programme together, ensuring that a group of foundation doctors have the appropriate supervision and training. Foundation teaching sessions Regular mandatory teaching sessions are provided for foundation doctors. Sufficient attendance at these sessions is required to complete the Foundation Programme.
