[email protected] Greetings Sorors This document contains notice of the proposed 156 amendments to be considered by the delegates at the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, 2024 International Grand Boulé, July 24th – 28th in Indianapolis, Indiana. The committee received a total of 196 amendments. In consultation with chapters and Standing Committees, 40 amendments were withdrawn from inclusion. This document reflects the amendments in the order in which they would appear in the Newly Revised 11th Edition of the Constitution and Bylaws. It is the desire of the committee that this format facilitates an understanding of the proposed amendments. Having the proposed amendments early allows time to discuss and consider the merits in advance of the meeting. Our goal, as members of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated should be to come prepared to expeditiously handle these proposed amendments during the meeting. To do so, please submit any questions, comments, or feedback to the Committee Chair no later than June 17th. In preparation for the Boulé, the committee will prepare and distribute detailed instructions and a schedule re-ordering of the amendments based on the topic and importance to best facilitate the discussion and ensure that the recommended amendments that are of greatest importance to the sisterhood are addressed first by the delegation. Proposed amendments will be presented during a business session at the Grand Boulé. Please refer to the Boulé schedule for the date, time, and location of this meeting.
