This is an easy win that stacks up nicely over the course of the year. ● The process goes like this: ○ Get introduced by your CSM to Freight forwarding companies we’re working with to see if you can get better prices for your shipments. ○ Compare the previous shipment you have by asking a quote for the same shipment as if you’re doing it now, and compare the next 1-2 shipments you’re doing with the forwarders we introduce you to the one you’ve been using so far. ○ Recommended to do this, to: ■ Minimize costs ■ Ensure you’re not being ripped off ■ Aim to get better payment terms. ○ If prices are cheaper, negotiate with your current forwarders.
