§1.Introduction Who are we? Welcome to Spetsnaz. Spetsnaz is most commonly known by Special Operations, SF, or Alpha Group. You are the alphas of the Committee for State Security, and must prove your worth. Spetsnaz is a combat focused division of the Committee for State Security, and you must fit the standards of our division. §2. Proper Etiquette Preserve reputation. As a member of Red Guard, you are expected to always maintain a Proper Etiquette whilst on team. During your duties as a Red Guard, you only listen to Special Forces Headquarters, and KGB Secretariat–Chairman or higher. §2.1. General Formality Maintain professionalism. You will always wear the proper uniform on team—the one on the left. This excludes Chernyy Rassvet Members, and Special Operations Overseer and higher. You will not wear any accessories besides a baseball cap, either the black and white roblox or the redcliff cap. Your skin tone must either be jet black or gray. Once you reach the rank of Lieutenant, you may wear hats and accessories that blend in with your uniform. For example, black on black, white on white, black on red, et cetera. You always will be professional and mature whilst on team. When a KGB Secretariat–Chairman or higher comes on a KGB team, you are to greet them with the format, “Greetings, Ser.” You may take that sentence out of team chat. If a Minister or higher comes on team, greet them by saying, “Greetings, RANK.” Once again, you may take this out of team chat and whisper. You will not kill civilians and/or other allies for unjust reasons. You may take orders from your superiors inside of Special Forces to kill people for their reasoning. §2.2. Oath of Silence Maintain censorship. As a member of Special Forces, you are not allowed to talk to outside entities. If you are required to talk to someone out of team–try to limit this, use whisper (/w message). You may freely talk to Red Guard Personnel in whisper, and to other Special Forces in team chat. You will be mature while talking to anybody, whether they’re on team or not. If you for any reason, are to ever need to talk out of whisper, you are to use full capitalization with proper grammar. For example, “DA SER, THAT IS CORRECT.” If asked by a Deputy Minister or higher a question and they are not on your team, you may use this format to answer their question or respond to them. Major and higher may freely talk outside of team chat and whisper at any time whilst using proper grammar. They do not need to follow the full capitalization rule. If you fail to act professional during your duties, you may be removed from the division. Even how you act off team shows us your personality and if we should keep you or not. Being in Special Forces is a privilege that can be taken away at any time. §2.3. Rules of Engagement Maintain protocol. As a member of Special Forces, you are not to kill any civilians unless you are fired upon or you, your Protectee, a member of your team/allies, are under imminent death, injury, or capture. You may void this if a superior of Special Forces. Civilians may be killed if they enter a restricted area or fire a shot at any allies. Make sure to not injure any bystanders or innocent civilians while attacking or shooting at someone. An exception to the rule listed above is if you are guarding someone and enforcing a killzone or the person is on the Kill on Sight List or Arrest on Sight List, you can kill/arrest them on sight respectively. In any East Midtown division, we do not tolerate any sort of cheating. This involves the use of auto clickers during combat, aimbot, esp, hbe, et cetera. We want to show our pure skill, if you don’t have any and you are caught cheating, you will be reported to multiple communities such as Roblox Criminal Registry §3. Combat Performance Be an elite. As a member of Special Forces, you are expected to have the best combat skills you can provide East Midtown with. If you cannot meet these expectations, you will be exiled without a second thought.
