GUIDELINES ON PMO COMPLIMENTARY WATER DPMC-handled properties operating water station shall provide free complimentary water to all residents in good standing. AVAILMENT PROCEDURE: Upon full payment of billing statement within the applicable month (association dues, utility bills, and other assessments), PMO will stamp the back portion of the Official Receipt/Acknowledgement Receipt (OR/AR) indicating clearance to claim water at the water station. Unit owners who settled their bills within the applicable month may claim the complimentary water in installment or in full until the 10th of the following month If payments [for the current month] were made on the succeeding month, complimentary water can no longer be availed even if prior to succeeding month’s billing. Issuance of complimentary water shall be monthly basis only. Unit owners with promissory note or under any installment agreement can only avail upon full settlement Resident(s) shall present the stamped receipt at the water station counter indicating FREE 25 Gallons / 5 Dispenser Container. Upon receipt presentment, water station attendant will sign the receipt until fully claimed The resident(s) must present the stamped OR/AR every time they claim free water TERMS AND CONDITION: Operating and claiming hours : 8:00am – 5:00pm (Daily) Delivery Schedule: 11:00am-12:00pm & 4:00pm-5:00pm Note: The PMO offers delivery services limited to Senior Citizens, Pregnant and Person with Disabilities (PWDs) only. Resident(s) must provide their own water container(s); labeled appropriately for identification
