Steps to Configure an Azuga Safetycam that is not connecting to the network 1. Remove the camera from the windshield mount- The camera clips into the mount. Squeeze the prongs on the right side of the mount and slide the camera to the right. The camera will wake up with the movement. The screen will display a car icon in the middle, there will be a blinking red dot on the lower left hand side. If not working correctly, it will say “No Internet” on the lower right. 2. Tap on the screen. When asked for a PIN, enter 3333. The camera will unlock and go to the menu. 3. In the upper-right corner, tap on Settings. 4. Tap on Add APN - At this point, the camera will begin beeping and you will see the view from the camera on the screen. Place the below QR code in front of the camera. Once captured, it will stop beeping and will ask to confirm APN. Tap on confirm. 5. In the upper left, tap the back button, to get to the main menu. In the bottom right, you should be able to see that the camera now has network reception. 6. If everything looks good now, you can slide the camera back into the windshield mounting bracket. You can tap on the live view button to see the feed from the forward facing camera to make sure it is adjusted properly. Once done, tap on Settings again, scroll down and tap on Calibrate Sensors. It will spin for a moment, then it will return to the settings menu. Tap the back button and exit the menu.
