JUDICIAL PROCEDURES JUDGE ADVOCATE GENERAL SERVICES LOWER COURT Jurisdiction The Lower Court of the Filipino Army, as given by Articles of War, shall hold jurisdiction over the Filipino Army in its entirety. Pre-Trial Prior to trial taking place, the following must be ensured; 1. A lower court judge has assessed the case and determined its validity to be tried by the lower court; 2. A summons has been issued to the defendant (see JAGS: FORMATS ); 3. The following must be agreed upon by the prosecution, defendant, and the presiding judge; a. Date & Time (see Discord Time Stamp for easy time conversions); b. Discord or Game Trial; c. VC or Chat (chat is only applicable if the trial is in Discord); and d. Public or Private (Private trials may only be approved if there is reasonable suspicion that one or both parties may face severe consequences as a result of the contents divulged during trial).
