CityLife Roleplay “Read the rules” Est. 05/01/2019 Any Ignorance of the Rules will result in a ban. When any situation is being reviewed, there is always more than one opinion used to reach a conclusion making it unbiased and fair. Additionally, Staff will take action on any rule break without a player report. They are allowed to decide to take action over something not listed. Staff will have the final say in any situation. Working microphone Players must have a functional, good-quality microphone set to push-to-talk mode to participate in this server. Failure to meet this requirement may result in removal from the server at the discretion of the staff. No Real World Trading (RWT): Real World Trading (RWT), including buying or selling in-game items, currency, or services for real currency or external goods, is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in immediate disciplinary action, up to and including permanent removal from the server. Bug Abuse or Exploiting Mechanics: Exploiting game bugs or abusing mechanics to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Examples of prohibited behavior include: - Using animations to conceal weapons. - Exploiting glitches to move while overweight. - Emoting through walls. - Players found engaging in such behavior will face disciplinary action, ranging from warnings to permanent bans, depending on the severity and frequency of the offense. Combat Logging Combat logging, disconnecting from the server during or immediately after a hostile situation to avoid roleplay consequences, is strictly prohibited. Players must remain connected and actively participate in all roleplay interactions. This rule ensures that players remain engaged in roleplay scenarios and discourages actions that disrupt immersion and fairness within the CityLife roleplay server. Anyone found doing this will be subject to punishment. Scamming Players are prohibited from scamming others for the following items: - vehicles - Properties. Third Party Communications You are required to use the in-game voice chat and radio system at all times when doing anything on the server. Using 3rd Party Software such as Discord, Teamspeak, Skype, Facetime, etc. shall be considered meta-gaming.
