2 Specifications Identification ● Product name: ● Item number: ● PO Number: Quantity ● Item Number ● Ordered Quantity ● Total Carton ● Packed Quantity
3 ● Finished Quantity - At least 75% of the total quantity must be met before inspection can be done. ● Not Finished Quantity ● Sampled Quantity - minimum of 5% of the total quantity Product Description / Style / Color ● Photos of the actual finished product. Clear photos showing all the sides of the product. ● Must show all the inclusions such as the Insert Cards/Manual.
