In Oct’24, this Brand has just received a hiccup order to list in the new Key Account channel for SKU Castle 330ml. The order is planning to come in the next 2 weeks, nearly double the demand base of the full month. The customer is requesting an immediate answer, they can only wait up to 1 week or they will cancel it. Process listing will restart after “Tet”, dropping at least 3-4 months of sales opportunities. As this is a huge opportunity, Sales and MKT are requesting the Supply Chain to do all we can. As this is a new launch, the Supply Chain is lacking safety raw and packaging inventories due to a low forecast base. Furthermore, the production line is being constrained to produce the core brand “Alpha”, accounting for 40% of Business Value.
