Knowledge component with an assessment that evaluates understanding and comprehension. B. Practical skills component with assignments that will help the learner to practice the knowledge obtained C. Workplace experience that will test and sharpen the learner's ability to apply his/her knowledge and skills in a workplace environment. A. Knowledge component -263601005-KM-02.1, The Bible and Bible interpretation. NQF Level 5, Credits 9 (90 notional hours). B. Practical Module - 263601005-PM-01, (PM-01-PS02: Select and study a Bible Text) Select and study a Bible Text, NQF Level 5, Credits 0.8 (8 hours) – (Part 5). This component builds on what was learned in the knowledge component and will give the learner the necessary practice in the preparation of a sermon. Please note: the rest of PM-01’s practical assignments are to follow in KM-07 C. Workplace experience – there is no workplace experience component in this module. The main focus of the study in this knowledge module is to build an understanding of the key concepts, theories, principles, and approaches to reading and understanding the Bible as the Word of God.
