Writing Task 2 Band 9 Checklist The following is a list of things you must be able to do in order to get a Band 9 in IELTS Writing Task 2. They are based on the Official IELTS Marking Criteria. Use cohesion in a way that it attracts no attention. 8. Write a conclusion that summarises your main ideas and reiterates your opinion. 9. Use a wide range of vocabulary, with very natural control, only rare minor mistakes. 10.Use a wide range of grammar structures with fully flexibility and accuracy, only making rare minor errors.
