What are the advantages for employees when a company allows them to wear casual clothes?  There are some advantages for employees when a company allows them to wear casual clothes.  The main advantage is that it makes them feel comfortable. Therefore, work efficiency will increase.  Let me tell you my story. Last year, I worked at a marketing company. The company required employees to wear suits at work. During the summer months, I felt hot and sweaty. Therefore, I could not focus on work. Therefore, if companies advertise their products or services on these platforms, they can reach more customers.  Second, it helps companies save money. This is because you only have to pay a small amount or even don’t have to pay at all when advertising on social media. Meanwhile, it’s usually very expensive when using traditional marketing channels such as radio, television or newspapers.  For example, my sister has a clothing store. In the past, she used to advertise her store in local newspapers but the costs were too high. One day, she created a facebook account and started posting videos and pictures of her store on this platform. They quickly attracted a lot of customers and best of all, her facebook account doesn’t cost her anything. 13. Emails/texts vs. Phone calls/in person What are the advantages of communicating with colleagues by email rather than talking on the phone?  There are several advantages of communicating with colleagues by email.  First, it is more comfortable. Some people are shy and don’t like to talk on the phone.  Second, employees can send emails anywhere. However, if they want to talk on the phone, they need to find a quiet place.  Let me tell you my story. Last year, I worked at a marketing company. We often talked to each other on the phone. However, because our office was noisy, we couldn’t hear each other clearly. Finally, we decided to use emails. As a result, we could communicate with each other better.
