CASE INTERVIEW GUIDELINES - Next Trainee Challenge 2025 - Candidates will be assigned to any batch based on the time of their application submission: 00:00 - 21/09/2025 to 23:59 - 22/09/2025 1. CONTEXT The Case Interview is Round 2 of the Next Trainee Challenge 2025. In this round, 120 shortlisted candidates (30 per function) will analyze a real-world business scenario and submit a live-recorded video response via the platform. This round assesses: ● Structured thinking ● Problem-solving ability ● Analytical skills ● Presentation skills in a business context 2. GENERAL INFORMATION ● Format: Live-recorded video submission ● Duration: 30 minutes ● Submission method: Via The Trainee Club platform ● Practice: Candidates will receive a trial access link to explore the platform in advance ● Navigation: Click “Đã xong” to move to the next question 3. RECORDING AND STORAGE ● The platform records your webcam, audio, and screen continuously. ● All recordings include a watermark with candidate ID and timestamp. 4. BEFORE THE TEST ● Use a laptop/PC (Chrome preferred) instead of a phone. ● Test your webcam and microphone in advance. ● Ensure a stable WiFi connection. ● Sit in a quiet, well-lit environment without distractions. ● Keep your device fully charged or plugged in. ● Prepare pen and paper for notes if needed. 5. LOGIN & SYSTEM ACCESS STEP 1: Access the test ● You will receive an email from Next Trainee Challenge with the test link. ● Click the link to open the test page.
